WCEC offers several methods of paying your electric bills.

Online - Ebill

By Phone

You also have the option to pay your monthly bill by calling our payment by phone service. More information can be found at Ebill. The phone number to call is: 1-877-833-3326.

By Automatic Bank Draft

Each month the amount due on your electric bill will automatically be drafted from your bank account or credit card and paid to WCEC. You will continue to receive your monthly bills, and you should note BANK DRAFT stamped on your remittance stub. To sign up for this program, please print the following Bank Draft Authorization Form , and mail or drop it by our office.

By Mail

Please include your remittance stub with your payment and mail to the address on the stub.

In Person

You may drop your bill off directly at our office by bringing your payment into our office. You may also drop it off 24 hours/day in our drive-thru drop box.
