WCEC has been offering broadband services since 2006, first by offering Wildblue Satellite and later offering Wirehand Wireless.

Wirehand Wireless Internet is a Fixed Wireless system that requires line of sight to a WCEC Access Point. Click the link below, to read more on Wirehand Wireless Info .  No phone line is required with this service.  This service also allows for the connection to be networked with other computer through the user of a router or network switch (not provided or supported).  Plans start at just $39.95.

If you are unable to obtain a clear line of sight to a WCEC Access Point for the Wirehand Wireless, WCEC also offers a 2-way satellite broadband Internet provided by Wildblue.  This service can be installed anywhere there is a open view to the south.  Please click the following link, Wildblue Satellite Internet for more details.  No phone line is required with this service.
