The URL to pay online is http://ebill.wcecnet.net and Phone Number is 1-877-833-3326.

In order to access the Online bill-pay, please visit: http://ebill.wcecnet.net to securely pay your bill online. If it is your first time to pay your bill online with the NEW WCEC online bill-pay system, you will need to create a new account. You can do so by clicking the following link: Register Here! . Once you have successfully registered, you can then login to your account to pay your bill, view your previous balances, view your capital credit history, and view your previous service requests.

To pay your bill online:

• Simply login and click the ‘View/Pay My Bill’ link

• Click the checkbox under ‘Pay?’

• Enter the amount you wish to pay in ‘Pay Amount’

• Click the ‘Pay’ button towards the bottom

• You can then choose to pay either by Check or by Credit/Debit Card

• If by check, enter your Bank Routing & Account Number and Bank name and continue through with the prompts

• If by Credit/Debit Card, verify the name on the card and billing address of the card matches what is shown here. Enter all the required fields (noted by *) and click Submit

If you would like for your bill to automatically be drafted each month on the 10th, please select the "I would like to sign up for recurring automatic payment using this credit card/account: " checkbox.

To pay your electric bill by phone, please call 1-877-833-3326.

• Press 1

• Enter your WCEC account number followed by the # sign and follow the prompts

• You will then have the option to enter a payment amount
